The company was formed to develop, market, and maintain software development productivity tools. Today, a/Soft's offices are located in Kaneohe, Hi. Its focus of aiding developers by providing key software products and services still remains its main goal.
a/Soft's facilities are constantly updated to include the latest hardware and software technology to remain on top of customers' growing needs. Development platforms in-house include Digital VMS and UNIX workstations, IBM workstations, Sun Microsystems workstations, Hewlett Packard workstations and desktop and laptop PCs running DOS, MS Windows, Windows Intel and Alpha NT, and SCO UNIX. Other supported operating systems are made accessible by hardware vendors through ISV relationships.
